Zallie`s Shop Rite in Williamstown

Used to be my regular market a long time ago. It's great to see that the Customer Service is just as good, clean, well stocked. I went to Deli, just to check it out and was greeted almost immediately, that was a nice surprise. Parking lot, a little confusing, but big enough. I didn't notice many Handicap spots, but may have just didn't notice because of not knowing it. Very quick stop, but paid attention.

This is my go to grocery store. They are finally fully stocked again. I love this store. I love the fresh seafood department

Expansive variety of products, friendly and helpful staff especially in the deli and seafood. Their bakery has delicious items and have always been able to make the types of games I need for any event. Although this location doesn't have the expansive hot food\salad bar section, I'm still able to get what I need in a pinch if I am not in the mood to cook.

I typically love ShopRite. This location is not my favorite. I've been here a few times. My experience is a lot of the staff are not very pleasant. It's hard to get information when you ask questions of the staff on the floor. I'm thankful there are plenty locations in the area so I do not have to shop here again.

CLEAN and great customer service! I have been coming to this store for over fifteen years and I wanted to make a point in recognizing their diligence and hard work during COVID. While standing in line I observed employees designated to cleaning door handles and other services such as the beverage fridge near the registers. All employees were wearing masks. I've always had great customer service, from the bakery to the meat department. All employees are willing to help and they have a great team! Management helped me in the bakery department when there was something wrong with a cake I ordered, they quickly switched it out and refunded me! Its a very organized and clean store, As a dietitian, I am always happy to shop there.

The deli department is horrible and slow. Employees care about taking with each other rather then helping customers.

Lots of fresh veggies and fruit. Self check out is great

I always have a bad experience in this shoprite the cashiers are very rude and ignorant. I went yesterday and the lady threw all my bags of food at me cant stand going to this shoprite considering going to hammonton.

They don’t have cart returns and they don’t have employees collecting carts fast enough. 3 weeks in a row I went here and a shopping basket was into my new car when coming out. Please get cart returns or have your employees out more often. I wouldn’t be returning. And to top it off they don’t have good customer service.

I think one star is too many. Start with the parking lot with no cart returns, so carts are everywhere. Plus rude people are always parked in the fire lane. Inside there are always unattended pallets and rolling stairs in the aisles. I know you have to stock shelves but maybe at off peak hours? With a few exceptions most of the employees are unfriendly as if they aren't happy working there. The managers are the most unfriendly of all. I won't shop at W-mart & I have driven to other towns to shop, but I keep hoping for any other food store in town. I forgot the one dept. that is fantastic is the bakery! Friendly, helpful staff. Cakes etc look and taste great!

Everybody is great & helpful except the deli. All they do is talk to each other & take their time while overcrowded customers wait to be served. Their deli has the worst workers ever. It's a shame they have to ruin it for all the rest. If it weren't for them this place would get a 5 star rating

Store is very clean and I always shop here. During the pandemic, I ordered online and was very pleased with their service and quality of items.

Baker's dozen!!! 13 donuts for $9.99 and the donuts are so big they don't fit in the traditional box. I needed an additional bag to fit the 12th and 13th donut. My co-workers are always satisfied. Thank you.

Have been stopping here on the way to Atlantic City for as long as I can remember. Prices are great and the Zallies fresh kitchen for the most part has a good selection of sandwiches and wraps. Personal favorite is the tuna wrap. Overall a nice place to buy food.

I picked up a few items while shopping at the ShopRite in Williamstown. Their condiments right outside the entrance door were really cheap. For example, ShopRite tomato ketchup 24 oz was only a dollar and their brand mustard 16 oz was a dollar. Wish-Bone salad dressing 15 oz was a $1.49 and their red ripe strawberries were $1.99. Also, their salted butter was $2.99 and Nathan"s Beef Franks were $2.49. So, if you need a few things to start preparing for the 4th of July. Check out your local ShopRite.

A lot of cashier's open. Employees are very helpful, much better than the employees at shop rite in Philly. When you ask them where something is at, they take you to the item physically. That is above and beyond!!!

Is it policy for an employee to nab your parking spot , when you have a baby to carry in? He was pretty proud of it too. Younger , Red hair guy and ran in pretty quickly. This is the service to expect here , making Acme looking that much better .Unfortunately more to share that isn't great . Not the first time , but pretty upsetting when you buy a big thing of clementines, and two days later they are moldy. There were for my 1 year old son. Money wasted and have to find more . Terrible.
